Observations/Finding

Our representative was on site to perform a foundation inspection for Lot 56 Pod 21.  Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) testing indicated that the foundations were suitable for a soil bearing pressure of 2,000 psf and concrete placement. In-place rebar was found to meet job specifications for size, spacing and quantity.
