Daily Field Report
Observations/Finding
As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.
Seven Hills: Amenities:
The contractor began clearing the slopes and facilitating the drying process using a Komatsu PC360LC excavator and a Komatsu 39PX dozer. With the Komatsu Pc360LC, the wet soil at the end of the road is cut and transported with the Dump Trucks for quick drying. These machines were utilized to effectively remove excess moisture, level the surface, and prepare the site for the next phase of construction. The combination of equipment helped improve site conditions by enhancing drainage and accelerating the drying of the wet soil.
Nature Walk: Lot 995
Lot 995 was dozed and cleaned using a Komatsu 39PXI dozer and a Komatsu PC240LC excavator. The slopes at the rear of the lot were corrected by adding dirt with dump trucks, while the shaping and management of the slopes were handled by the Komatsu machinery. No backfilling was done except for the slopes. Stone was encountered during the slope backfilling, and the necessary backfill instructions were provided to the superintendent for proper handling. The stones are being cut using a Komatsu PC240LC excavator. Additionally, test pits have been excavated at four locations to assess the underground soil conditions. The results indicate that the soil is of a natural composition, with a hard layer located beneath the surface.
