Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Observed the placement of backfilling for the sewer line between Manholes A12 & A13. The length of the sewer line was approximately 400 feet and was backfilled to finished grade. Compaction tests were performed using a nuclear density gauge. Overall, the results of density testing confirmed that fill compaction met the project and ASTM requirements.

Concrete placement for the detention wall footing was performed today. The footing required a total of 57 cubic yards of concrete.  One set of seven (7) cylinders were cast.  Results attached in a separate report.
