I move all around the down cut locations and the backfill area and checked the soil moisture. The dirt is really too wet. The rain from the gauge record also was 1.5″.

Then I discussed the situation with the Superintendent of the grading company that the site is muddy, the dirt is too wet and decided not to work today (see the attachment).
