Observations/Finding

In this day, backfill was at two different locations:

1) The first was just one lift backfill at lot# 106, 119 & 120. In this spot the dirt was in optimum moisture and the compaction was 98%, which is pretty good.

2) The other spot was backfilling the originally low lying topography for the road and the building pads. This is a 15.00 feet backfill, which is a lot and three lifts of backfill was done through the day. The dirt is coming from the neighboring building pad cut and the moisture is optimum even though in the wet side of the proctor. The compaction  was in the range of 96.5% and 97.8%, which is good. In addition, proof role shows no pumping suggesting  good compaction.

Various machines suchas excavator, bulldozer, compactor as well as haulling trucks were deployed (pls see the attachment) throughout the day and are doing fast. The Superintendent of the grading company always listen my suggestion and comments and fix problems whenever occurs.

The daily weather was partly cloudy, but excellent weather no cold no heat just perfect for work.
