These site’s soil conditions were reviewed and appear suitable for concrete to be poured. Each dcp that was completed on site had blowcounts that were passing. No signs of excessive moisture, soft spots, or loose soil were noted at the footing locations.
There was one area on lot 114/14 that had some extensive overhang of rebar that needed to be cut, the footing foreman (Robert) from Pulte was notified of this.
