Observations/Finding

Backfill was in two places:

1) Green area behind Lot# 73 and 74 all the way and,

2) Building pads for lots 72, 73 and 74.

The dirt was in good moisture which is in agreement with the proctor and the compaction read from the nuclear gauge is in the range of 95 to 99. Proof rolling is perfect and showed 98% and above.
