Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Nature walk: lot 1055 & 1056

• Upon arrival, the contractor was engaged in removing the filled dirt from lot 1055 and 1056. Grey material, organic matter and fire pit is found at 12ft from the ground level. initial investigation is done on the pits.
• sample is taken for testing from the nearby undisturbed natural bed for the excavation and back filling.

Seven Hills: Amenities 

• Upon arrival, the contractor was engaged in removing the stacked dirt near the Pickle ball court parking using a Komatsu PC 360LC. Dirt was being transported with two tandem dump trucks from the Pickle Ball Court, while dozing and leveling were performed with a Komatsu D85EX on the slopes.
• all the slopes are dozed and levelled with Komatsu 39PX.
