Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes and material submittals.
The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• Excavation and digging of a trench (20 feet long) for the installation and placement of a 12-inch diameter water line for the fire hydrant progressed using CAT(315FL) equipment.
• The placement and installation of a 20 foot long, 12 inch in diameter water line for the fire hydrant propose progressed.
• The placement of No. 57 stone atop the water line also progressed.
