Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day:

Location:
Old Griffin Road project site to existing adjacent neighborhood (four locations, including one within a creek)

Objective:
To evaluate the subgrade conditions at four locations for a future above-ground sewer line, as requested by Geoff Parks, Project Manager with Wilbanks Grading.

Site Observations:

• The evaluation covered four specified locations, including one situated in the center of a creek (see attached photo).
• Upon arrival, it was determined that the subgrade locations were not ready for testing or evaluation.

Conclusion:
As the sites were not prepared for testing, no further observations or evaluations were conducted at the time.
