Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day:

Location:
New Phase 2 Location (Approx. 300 feet x 90 feet)

Objective:
To confirm the removal of topsoil from a designated area for future development as requested by the grading contractor.

Site Observations:

• The area in question measured approximately 300 feet by 90 feet (see attached photos).
• The location for the removed topsoil was not defined, as final plans for the site had not been completed at the time of the observation.
• The removal of soil is planned to be stockpiled from Phase 1, specifically from lots 120 to 133.

Testing and Suitability:

• No testing or assessment of the suitability of the soil for future use or its condition was performed during the site visit.

Conclusion:
Topsoil removal was confirmed for the specified area, though further actions, including defining the stockpile location and testing the soil for suitability, are pending.

This report documents the confirmation of topsoil removal from a Phase 2 location, with the stockpile to be sourced from Phase 1 lots 120-133.
