Observations/Finding

The following works were done:

1) Sewer line from manhole 1.8 to manhole 3.0 was completed. The pipes were correctly laid on a gav rock and the first lift of dirt was put. But not compacted

2) Storm line from manhole AI-10 to AI-8 was done and put on a gav gravel correctly.
