Observations/Finding

• The total area of down cut at lots 125-131 was 9105 sq.ft whereas the volume of soil down cut was 27315 cubic ft.
• Before starting backfill the cut area was proff rolled (see attachment) and bumping areas were identified and cut.
• The grading company was trying to do backfill using rocky dirt but I strongly advise not to do because it will not be compacted. The contractor is informed and accepted.
• Right now they are using wet dirt and I suggested to do one lift and plough it to get dry for tomorrow. And the contractor is doing that (see the attachment)
