Observations/Finding

Back fill was done in storm line ( b/n BB 9-11) and sewer lines (b/n 10.1 & 10.3). The compaction at the sewer lie was 100%, but at the storm line only the bottom was backfilled and is not compacted (see the pic) Will be tested tomorrow.
