Observations/Finding

As requested the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes and material submittals.
The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• The placement and compaction of backfill soil of lots#89 to 97 was in progressed and 01 foot lift being placed and compacted using sheep food (CP54B), (RA30), (D61PX) and (CAT330) equipments.
• Excavation and preparation of trenches for placement and installation of storm water lines pipes, manholes and sewer lines pipes, manholes were in progressed.
• Installation and placement of sewer lines pipes and manhole SSA4 were in progress.
• Installation and placement of storm water line pipes from manhole CIA11 to CIA12 was in progressed.
• Installation and placement of storm water manholes # CIA11 and CIA12 were in progressed.
• 01 foot lift being placed and compacted at the trench between storm water manholes CIA11 and CIA12 using trench packer (BMP8500) and sheep food (CP54B)equipments.
• 02 feet lift being placed and compacted at the trench to sewer manhole SSA4 using sheep food (SV204T) equipment.
• Density test results indicate that the compacted material met the project requirements of 95% the maximum dry density obtained by the (Standard Proctor ASTM 698).
