Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes and material submittals.
The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• Excavation and preparation of trenches for placement and installation of storm water lines and manholes and sewer lines and manholes progressed.
• Installation and placement of sewer lines and manhole SSD5 continued.
• Installation and placement of storm water lines and manhole CIA5 progressed.
• Remediation of the road along the north side of the permanent storm water pond (dimensions of L=200 feet, Width=35 feet, Depth=4 feet) continued this day.
• One (1) foot lifts were being placed and compacted for the trench between storm water manholes CIA3 and CIA4 using trench packer (BMP8500) and sheeps-foot (CP54B) equipment.
•  At the construction entrance road, 15CR GAB material placement progressed.
