Observations/Finding

As requested the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes and material submittals.
The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• Excavation and preparation of trenches for placement and installation of storm water lines and manholes and sewer lines and manholes progressed.
• Installation and placement of sewer lines and manhole SSD4 continued.
• Installation and placement of storm water and manholes CIA4 was completed.
• A section of road along the north side of the permanent storm water pond (dimensions of L=200 feet, Width=35 feet, Depth=4 feet) that was found to be wet and soft and was being replaced with drier materials, continued today.
• One (1) foot lifts were placed and compacted for the trench between storm water manholes CIA3 and CIA4 using trench packer (BMP8500) and sheeps-foot (CP54B) equipment.
• Work was in progress for the construction of the entrance road subbase.
