Observations/Finding

As requested the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes and material submittals.
The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• Excavation and preparation of trenches for placement and installation of storm water lines pipes and manholes and sewer lines pipes and manholes was in progressed.
• Installation and placement of sewer lines pipes and manhole SSD4 was continued.
• Installation and placement of storm water pipes and manholes # CIA4 was completed.
• At the time of assessment we assessed and observed that we have a terrible road along the north side of the permanent storm water pond by dimensions of (L=200 feet, Width=35 feet, Depth=4 feet), we eliminated the terrible and soft dirt and placed and compacted a good dirt, So the work is in progress for this issue.
• 01 foot lift being placed and compacted at the trench between storm water manholes CIA3 and CIA4 using trench packer (BMP8500) and sheep food (CP54B)equipments.
• Work was in progress at the construction entrance down hill road side and sub base was prepared for compaction.
