Observations/Finding

As requested, our AS Engineering & Consulting LLC representative was on site to observe site activities.
The following were performed this day:
1) Moisture tests were taken.

2) Stripped concrete beams from yesterday and placed in curing.

2) Air content tests, concrete temperature, slump and unit weight were taken for the first truck sampled.
3) One set of beams were cast from Truck #15.

4) Cast one set of 4 6″ x 12″ cylinders from the low slump, low energy mix.

All concrete tests were found to be within job specifications.
