Observations/Finding

As requested the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes and material submittals.
The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• Construction and placement of Sta 4+18, a 50-foot-long segmental retaining wall (SRW) section #B was completed.
• A soft and wet section of roadway along the north side of the permanent storm water pond by dimensions of (L=200 feet, Width=35 feet, Depth=4 feet), was found to require scarification, aeration and recompaction.
• Excavation and preparation of trench for placement and installation of sewer lines and manholes progressed.
• Excavation and preparation of trench for placement and installation of storm water lines and manholes progressed.
• Installation and placement of sewer lines and MH SSD4 continued.
• Installation and placement of storm water MH CIA4 progressed.
