Observations/Finding

As requested the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes and material submittals.
The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• Construction and placement of 4+18,50 feet long segmental retaining wall (SRW) section #B was completed.
• At the time of assessment we assessed and observed that we have a terrible road along the north side of the permanent storm water pond by dimensions of (L=200 feet, Width=35 feet, Depth=4 feet), we eliminated the terrible and soft dirt and placed and compacted a good dirt, So the work is in progress for this issue.
• Excavation and preparation of trench for placement and installation of sewer lines piping and main holes was in progressed.
• Excavation and preparation of trench for placement and installation of storm water pipes and main holes was in progressed.
• Installation and placement of sewer lines piping and main hole SSD4 was continued.
• Installation and placement of storm water main holes # CIA4 was in progressed.
