Observations/Finding

As requested, our AS Engineering & Consulting LLC representative was on site to perform the following:

1) Moisture tests were performed on sand materials placed.

2) Slump tests and one set of 5 cylinders were cast.

3) Air, slump, temperature and unit weight tests for the 1st truck of the normal batch were performed.

4) The above tests and two sets of seven beams were cast from trucks #23 & #56.

There was some delay in concrete placement throughout the pour due to equipment issues.
