Observations/Finding

As requested, our AS Engineering & Consulting LLC representative arrived on site to observe the following:

1) Performed moisture content test for #67 and #4 sands.

2) Performed air content, slump, unit weight and concrete temperature tests for the first truck sampled.

2) Above tests were performed for the 153 and 369 cubic yards placement. Cast two (2) sets of seven (7) beams.
