Concrete Placement Information

Location(S):
Testing: 7 Set of concrete specimens (1 Cylinders per set) were cast during the cast-in-place concrete pour at the above referenced location, in accordance with ASTM C31. The cylinders will remain on site for the initial 24-48 hrs curing.

Pick Up: 7 Sets of concrete cylinders/ 1 cylinders per set were picked up & transported to AS Engineering and Consulting LLC (ASEC) for curing and testing in accordance with ASTM C39, C670/1231
Field Curing: Cylinders were stored for the initial 24 hours

Remarks: Arrival time was at 7:00 pm and departure time at 1:00 am. Moisture tests for sand (5.9%), No. 67 stone (2.09%) and No. 4 stone (1.06%) was measured following the onset of rain. Air content of concrete sampled was 6.6% Seven (7) sets of beams were cast at the 117 cubic yards placement.
