Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes and material submittals.

The following observations were observed on the site this day:

• The placement and compaction of backfill for the construction entrance was in progress using CP54B, RA30, D51PX and CAT330 equipment.
• The placement and compaction of backfill for Lots #66 to 73 was in progress using CP54B, RA30, D51PX and CAT330 equipment.
• Placement and installation of box culverts at the outlet area of the permanent detention pond was in progress.
• At the time of arrival our representative observed that the work was in progress at the construction entrance and Lots #66 to 73 with 1-foot lifts being placed and compacted using CP54B and D51PX equipment.
