Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Proof-Roll Inspection Report

A proof-roll was performed using a loaded tandem-axled dump truck across the compacted soils along both sides of the future roadway (see attached photo). The county inspector, client, and grading foreman were present for the inspection. No severe pumping and/or rutting was observed, and all parties were in agreement with the results.
