Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.

The following observations were observed on the site this day:

• The placement and compaction of backfill for Lots #70 to #83 was in progress using CP54B, RA30, D51PX and CAT330 equipment.
• The new trench was excavated at the inlet area of the existing detention pond for the installation and placement of storm water manholes and lines.
• Installation and placement of sewer line from SSD1 to SSD2 was in progress.
• The placement and compaction of backfill for the sewer manholes SSD1 to SSD2 was in progress using SAKAI equipment.
• Installation and placement of CIB2 4’0 1/2 storm water manholes and lines was in progress.
• At the time of arrival our representative observed that the work was in progress for Lots #70 to #83 with 1- foot lifts being placed and compacted using CP54B and D51PX equipment.
