Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.

The following observations were observed on the site this day:

• The placement and compaction of backfill for Lots #01 to 08 and #54 to 61 was in progress using CP54B, RA30, D51PX and CAT330 compaction equipment.
• At the time of arrival our representative observed that the work was in progress for Lots #01 to 08 with 2-foot lifts being placed and compacted using CP54B and D51PX equipment.
• Proof-rolling test were performed for Lots#54 to 61. Our representative observed that surficial soils did not exhibit severe pumping and/or rutting or severe deflection.
