Observations/Finding

As requested, our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative was on site to observe the following:

• The placement of backfill soils for DOA Fiber infrastructure from 70 feet south from the existing comm manhole continued this day.
• At the time of our arrival our representative observed the work in progress with duct bank backfill being placed and compacted using trench compactor equipment.  Density testing was performed using a nuclear density guarge.
• Density test results indicate that the compacted materials met the compaction requirement of 90% of a standard proctor (ASTM 689).
