Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting representative was on site today to observe the following:

• Manhole placement continued 10 feet south from the existing communication manhole of the DOA Fiber infrastructure.
• Only manhole placement was completed today.
• No density tests were performed as no duct bank was placed.
