Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.

The following observations were observed on the site this day:

• The placement and installation of a sewer manhole at the southeast side of the detention pond was in progress.
• The leveling of Lots #38-45 was in progress.
• The placement and compaction of backfill for Lots #1-8 and #54-61 was in progress using CP54B, RA30, D51PX and CAT330 equipment.
• The placement and compaction of backfill for Lots #66-73 and #80-88 was in progress using CP54B, RA30, D51PX and CAT330 equipment.
• The new trench was excavated on the northeast side of the existing detention pond.
• One (1) foot lifts were being placed and compacted using a sheeps-foot SAKAI SV 204T compactor.
• At the time of arrival our representative observed that work was in progress for Lots #1-8 and #54-61.  Two (2)-foot lifts were placed and compacted using CP54B and D51PX equipment.
• Placement and compaction of backfill for the trench was in progress using SAKAI SV 204T compaction equipment.
