Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.

The following observations were observed on the site this day:

• The placement and compaction of backfill for Section 1 was in progress using (CP54B), (RA30), (D51PX) and (CAT330) compaction equipment.
• At the time of arrival our representative observed that work was in progress for Section 1 with 1-foot lifts being placed and compacted using (CP54B) and (D51PX) equipment as well.
• Proof-rolling tests were performed for Section 1.  Our representative observed that no severe pumping and/or rutting was observed.
