The AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative used a 3/8″ diameter probed rod to check soil stability in section 1. Souls appeared stable. On the far east corner of section one some fill soils were found to be excessively wet. The contractor was informed and elected to scarify and aerate the east corner of section one to allow drying.
