Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.

The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• The placement and compaction of backfill soils for Lots #46 to 49 was in progress.
• A total of 33396.3 cubic feet of rock was placed and compacted in the pond behind Lot #22.
• A total of 17577 cubic feet of fill was placed and compacted in the pond behind the Lot# 22.
