Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.

The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• Approximately 05-layers of 25,120 cubic feet of soil was placed and compacted at the top of rock layers in the temporary pond between Lots #19 and 20 and soil placement in the mentioned lots.
• Approximately 02-layers of 9,541.8 cubic feet rocks was placed and compacted in the new pond behind the Lot #22 using an excavator (PC390LC).
• Approximately 01-layer of 5,022 cubic feet of soil was placed and compacted in the new pond behind the Lot #22 using Excavator (PC390LC) equipment.
