Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.

The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• Construction of the Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining wall was in progress with the first portion which was started from Lot #26, was completed.  The second portion of the mentioned MSE retaining wall which commenced from Lot #27 was in progress and 5 steps of the second portion was completed, each step being 18 inches in height.
• Work was in progress with 1-foot lifts being placed and compacted for the backfilling of the MSE retaining wall using sheep-foot (BW145D) and (BMP8500) equipment.
• Placement and compaction of backfill soil at the vicinity of MH A7 and MH A8 was in progress using sheeps-foot (CP56B), (D6K2) and (QT-4) equipment.
• Excavation of soil and stone for the sewer pipe trench between MH A8 to MH A9 was in progress.
• One layer of 5374.6 cubic feet rock was placed and compacted in the temporary pond between Lots #19 and 20 using Excavator (PC390LC) equipment.
