Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.

The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• Placement and installation of sewer pipe at the sewer pipe trench to MH C1 was in progress.
• Placement and installation of MH C1 was in progress.
• Breaking of rock at the vicinity of Lot #59 was in progress.
• One-layer of 1518 cubic feet soil being placed and compacted at the top of the second layer of rock for the temporary pond between Lots #19 and 20.
