Observations/Finding

• As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.
  The following observations were observed on the site this day.
• Placement, backfilling and compaction of soil at the vicinity of Lots #31 to 38 were progressed using sheeps-foot (CP56B) and (DZ-6) compactors.
• Soil placement at the vicinity of Lots# 60 to 62 were progressed using (D8T) and (621G) compactors.
• Placement and compaction of backfill soil for the sewer pipe trench between MH A6 to MH A7 progressed.
• Loading of soil at the vicinity of Lot #47 progressed using a (PC390LC) excavator and (QT-2) loader.
• Four (4) Dynamic Cone Penetration (DCP) tests were performed at Lots #27 to 29 for the Retaining Wall.
