Observations/Finding

• As requested the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.
  The following observations were observed on the site this day.
• Placement, backfilling and compaction in the vicinity of Lots #34 to 37 and #20 to 23 were in progressed using (D8T), (QT-4) and (CP56B) compaction equipment.
• Soil placement for these lots were in progress.
• Placement and installation of MH A6 was completed.
• Placement and compaction of backfill soil for the sewer pipe trench between MH A6 to MH A7 progressed.
• One (1) foot lifts were placed and compacted for the trench between MH A6 to MH A7 using a sheeps-foot (CP44B) and ( R-13) compactor.
