Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications applicable codes and materials submittals. The following observations were observed in the site today.

• Placement of fill soils and compaction of Lots #31 to #37, #41 to #45 and #49 to #53 were in-progress using (D8T), (Q-4) and (CP56B) compaction equipment.
• At the time of arrival our representative observed that the work was in progress on sewer pipe trench placement between MH A5 to MH A6 with 1 foot lifts being placed and compacted using a sheep-foot (CP44B) compactor.
