Location: Lot #53, Pod 14, Suncity Peachtree

Front (H1) Southside of Monoslab:

• Ft1: Identified as red/brown sandy silt w/mica with a blow count of 12.
• Ft2: Comprised of brown sandy silt w/mica with a blow count of 9.
• Ft3: Consisted of brown sandy silt w/mica with a blow count of 7.
• Ft4: Characterized as red/brown/light brown sandy silt (rocky) material.

Back (H2) Northside of Monoslab:

• Ft1: Comprised red sandy silt w/mica with a blow count of 7.
• Ft2: Constituted brown sandy silt w/mica (rocky) with a blow count of 11.
• AR (Auger Refusal) – Rock: Depth reached at 2 feet 7 inches.
• Offset Ft3: Comprised brown/red sandy silt w/mica (rocky) with a blow count of 8.
• AR (Auger Refusal) – Rock: Depth reached at 3 feet 2 inches.

Observations:

• Wire mesh and rebar were observed placed on chairs, complying with specifications for size, spacing and quantity.
