Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R8, E720659 S1-R8.)
During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. Transportation of material for structural fill has been stopped as an elevation of 280 ft was achieved.
2. No tests have been performed on this day.
3. Basement perimeter wall was chipped using a jack hammer attachment.
