Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R8, E720659 S1-R8.)

1. Hauling in the Basement was performed in section 1 for a lift (10) and Section 2 for a lift (14).
2. Transportation of clay materials has been stopped because basement has been filled with an elevation of 280 ft.
3. No tests have been performed on this day.
4. Poured and filled the HDPE pipe with flowable fill.
