Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC representative was on-site on September 20, 2023, to observe excavation of five test pits just north of the pond to evaluate a berm for potential in-situ soils that could be re-used as structural fill material. The objective was to assess the soil conditions and provide engineering recommendations for the cut depths required to reach grade.
