The undersigned ASEC representative was on-site on September 13, 2023, to evaluate soil conditions in the site’s southern portion, specifically where the road is planned to be constructed and to perform compaction testing on Lots #1 and #2.

Soil Description for Area of Road Construction

The remediated soil area designated for road construction was measured to be 25 feet by 40 feet to a depth of 10 feet.

Engineering Recommendations for Area of Road Construction

It was recommended that the area be backfilled in six-inch lifts and compacted using the 815 compactor.
