Observations/Finding
AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)
During the visit, the following observations were made:
- Three thousand seventy-eight (3078) cubic yards of structural-fill materials were placed for 8-inch lift (4) in section 1 area B7 (drawing E720661) and continued the placement of in the section 2 for lift (4) are G7 (drawing E720659) of the basement. The materials were placed in accordance with ITP-001, and the fill area is highlighted in purple on the attached drawing.
- The basement area was probed using the hand probe and three moisture density tests were performed in the basement followed with a check-plug to verify Proctor curve application. The test locations were marked on the enclosed drawing.
- French drain installation was observed and documented on this date.
- Perforated pipe and planned 57 stone was wrapped in the geofabric in the 2 foot wide trench previously excavated.
