On 08-02-2023, the AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative visited the Carodel Farms site to conduct quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to ensure compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on-site:

1. Installation of Manhole: Contractor installed Manhole A-10 and manhole JB-55 with 4” stone (057) at the bottom before placing the manhole. The quality control representative visually inspected the installation and observed that it met the project requirements.
2. Installation of HDPE Pipe: Between Manhole A-9 and Manhole A-10, the contractor installed HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipe. Before placing the pipes, the contractor prepared the bottom with 4” stone and also covered the pipes with 4” stone. The quality control representative visually assessed the installation and observed that it was executed according to the project specifications.
3. Backfilling and Topsoil Operations:  contractor placed backfill soil in zone x. The quality control representative visually inspected the backfilling operations.
4. Drilling Operations: Driller 1 drilled a total of 36 holes with a drilled area of 1764 cubic feet. The hole spacing length was 7 feet by 7 feet, and the hole diameter was 4 inches. The quality control representative monitored the drilling operations and confirmed that they were conducted safely and efficiently.
