Observations/Finding

Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of our client, Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. Our representative was present to observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R8, E720659 S1-R8.).

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. Two thousand four hundred and sixty-six (2466) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift (24) in section 1 of the basement area B7 (E720661 S1-R8) and started placement in the section 2, part 1 basement area G7 (E720659 S1-R8). The materials were placed and compacted in accordance with ITP-001, and the fill area is highlighted in brown as depicted in the attached drawing.
