Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. The hauling and the other work in the basement have been suspended on an account of overnight rainfall which affected the basement from crew members to work on it.
2. The basement area was probed using the hand probe and three moisture density tests has been performed in section 1 and section 2 basement areas B7 and G7. The enclosed and attached drawing depict the test locations.
