On 7-10-2023, our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) quality control representative, visited the Carodel Farms site to conduct quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to ensure compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on-site:

1. Backfill placement continued this day: The contractor continued to place and compact topsoil within the designated area and placed backfill soils mixed with big rocks on Lots #95 to 105 to depths of 8 feet below finished grade. We visually inspected the placement and compaction results were determined be in compliance with project requirements.
2. Manhole and pipe installation: Contractor did not install any piping this day.
3. Rock Volume Determination: Rock drilling and quantifying was not performed this day.
