On 7-7-2023, I, as the AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) quality control representative, visited the Carodel Farms site to conduct quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to ensure compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on-site:

1. Fill Placement: The contractor continued to place and compact fill within the designated area, as previously identified on sheet C 0.1. I visually inspected the placement and compaction activities and determined them to be in compliance with project requirements. No issues were noted during the observation.
2. HDPE Pipe Installation and manhole: The contractor has installed manhole C4 and HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipe, in accordance with the specifications outlined on sheet number C13.10. I visually inspected the installation and confirmed that it was executed in accordance with the project requirements. No deviations or concerns were observed during the inspection.
3. Rock Volume Determination: Rock volume determination was conducted by drilling 26 holes on-site. Data was received from Driller 1 for all 26 holes. However, Driller 2 did not record data for their 8 holes. In order to ensure data completeness, I recorded the data for Driller 2’s 8 holes. The collected data will be analyzed and processed by the geotechnical team to calculate the rock volume; they explode the entire area they drilled before yesterday, yesterday and today total of holes drilled on this area was 152 holes and the area was 9728 feet2.
