Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative visited the Carodel Farms site to conduct quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to ensure compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on-site:

1. Topsoil Placement: The contractor has placed compacted topsoil within the undisturbed buffer zone, as referenced on sheet C 0.1. The quality control representative visually inspected the placement and determined it to be in compliance with project requirements. No issues were noted during the observation.
2. HDPE Pipe Installation: The contractor has installed HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipe in accordance with the specifications outlined on sheet number C13.10. Section C3 of the pipe has been successfully placed. The quality control representative visually inspected the installation and confirmed that it was executed in accordance with the project requirements. No deviations or concerns were observed during the inspection.
